Other dealerships repos financing and higher rates than triple digit rates. I’m going to give them 100 Stars ⭐️ 🌟 ✨ owner, All Professional Staff are so wonderful and to treat you with dignity and family. You will feel comfortable going to too many in Union City. Stopped by because I saw a really nice Ford Flex parked in front of the lot. Car was beautiful. Customer service was just as nice. After mulling over purchasing it for about two weeks, I finally decided to pull the trigger. I’d been dealing with Christian, who made the experience seamless. With my pre approval, and one credit pull later, I was on my way with the Flex. He somehow even managed to get my already low interest rate of 4.7 percent (great for a 6 year old used car) down to under 4 percent. That’s something I’ve never seen with a used car this old (2014 Ford Flex with 24k miles) Christian even arranged to have a dent pulled from the door of the car from a paint less dent removal place called King of Dents. No hassle, no fuss, no pressure. ***UPDATE DEC 2023*** Rarely do you come across genuinely honest people in this world, let alone at a car dealership. Enter the staff at 2 Manny's. These guys are amazing!. Three cars later, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The first car I purchased from them was a 2014 Ford Flex. Deal was seamless. I later traded that in for a 2015 Lexus NX and drove it without any problems for the past three years. I decided it was time to get something newer with less miles and took the plunge on a 2020 Volvo XC40. The car was immaculate. After purchasing it, I had some minor issues with the radio, which was the result of some updates that needed to be taken care of at Volvo. The team at 2 Manny's was kind enough to cover the cost of the updates. Now this is the NYC Tri-state area. Any other dealer would have probably laughed in my face, but they offered to make it right with no hesitation. Beyond 5 star service! If you or anyone you know needs a car, drag them over here.
